International Healthcare Worker Expression of Interest Pool is not an application to a Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program. It is a pre-application, which allows you to fill out an online form to indicate your interest in working in a Saskatchewan in Healthcare Sector. The information asked in the EOI is used to match you with job opportunities being offered by Saskatchewan Healthcare Sector Employers.
Those who have required skills will be contacted with job posting information identifying where and how to apply for a job opportunity, if you are selected and receive an employment offer you may be eligible for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program.
The International Healthcare Worker Expression of Interest provides the opportunity to link foreign trained workers with Saskatchewan Healthcare Employers however foreign workers who receive an employment offer from a Saskatchewan Employer do not need to create expression of interest profile again but can apply directly to SINP.

Once you secure a job offer in any of the above occupation, you can apply easily under one of the following streams of SINP.
International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer
Eligibility Criteria:
- IELTS – minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4.
- A permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer.
- Have at least one year of paid work experience in the intended occupation within the last ten years.
- Proof of Saskatchewan licensure if your job offer is in an occupation that is regulated.
- Score at least 60 points out of 110 on the points table.
Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot – SINP
Eligibility Criteria:
- A permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer.
- Language – Meet the minimum (IELTS) CLB requirement.
- Work Experience – one year of work experience in the same occupation as the job offer or six months of work experience in that job in Saskatchewan.
- Meet the minimum education criteria.
How to Apply?
All applicants are requested to submit their application Online on the Official SINP portal. No paper applications are accepted.
- Step 1: Registration online and open an online account with SINP.
- Step 2: Fill all the forms given online and answer all the applicable questions.
- Step 3: Clearly scan all your documents and application forms. All scanned documents must be very clear and in PDF format.
- Step 4: Review your application and submit.

Processing Time:
Saskatchewan Immigration is working hard to lower the process times of different immigration stream’s applications. The original processing time for any application is 16 weeks, but huge number of applications and less work force created a backlog. Now, the processing time of any application SINP Stream International Skilled Worker (Employment Offer) is two to six weeks and for the applications under Occupation in demand stream is 37 to 41 weeks.
