This is an employer driven program, means the initial application for your immigration process must be submitted by your employer who is offering a job. But not every employer can make a job offer under Atlantic Immigration program AIP.

Once any employer endorse the applicant’s position, the applicant then can apply directly to Canadian Federal Immigration Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada for the Permanent Residency PR of Canada .

While the applicant’s PR application is in process, which takes approximately 18 months, applicant can ask the Nova Scotia Provincial Immigration for a Temporary Work Permit. Which allows applicants and their families to Come to Canada and start their job.
